“ One of the few spots open on the nautical mile strip due to lots of rain and wind these past few days with hurricane Orphelia. That didn’t stop us and Half Way Down didn’t disappoint! Our first time checking out this spot and our server Martha was a an absolute gem providing top notch customer service. She was spot on with all her recommendations, spectacular attitude and sweet as pie. The bartender spun some amazing drinks and the biggest shout out goes to the in house DJ. He played hit, after hit. Love this spot and will definitely be back. 10 stars all day Unfortunately the grub we ordered was just above average but they make up for it in atmosphere and service Next time I’ll try the fish tacos. Thanks for making my birthday oh so special xoxo ”

“ Staff was very friendly. Service was great. Lobster ravioli with vodka sauce and calamari appetizer were both excellent. Was there on a weekday in the off-season so it wasn't very busy. Heidi (Pinky) was bartender and waitress and very pleasant making small talk with us. Will definitely be back in season. ”
